A loving home, some loyal friends, but still sometimes my brain pretends.

These regrets can pile high, sometimes i feel they're ocean size, as wide as the sad look in your eyes.

All alone on the interstate, the mile markers mark my fate. will i make it out or be stuck for days?
With tired eyes and bleeding throats we chase the things we love the most, so does it even matter if it shows?
